We have a wide range of classes that we offer here at Prestonwood Pregnancy Center. All of our classes are listed below with dates and times. We offer online classes, on-site classes, men’s classes, as well as classes in Español!
If you want to earn double the rewards for a class, have another adult attend the class with you! You may only have one guest to earn double rewards and you must include their information in your registration. If you have already attended a specific class before, you are welcome to take it multiple times, but you will only receive rewards for the first time you have attended.

Online Class Schedule
This class features practical ideas and positive encouragement for parents of all ages. We discuss topics such as child development, discipline, communication, emotional health, nutrition, and finances. Certificates will be awarded for completing eight classes.
Online Thursdays: August 12th, September 9th
Time: 6:30pm
Stress is a state of mental or emotional strain which can be experienced by both adults and children. It can be manifested at any given time in an individual or family unit. Stress definitely needs to be managed. So come learn ways in this session to do just that.
Online Tuesdays: September 14th
Time: 10:30am
To help learners understand how self-image impacts our daily life’s decisions and what it means to have a positive self-image. The session is interactive with self-reflection and writing exercises.
Online Saturdays: September 11th
Time: 9:00am
This class is designed to instill confidence in moms to cultivate a love of reading to their babies.
Moms can have conversations with their little ones without it feeling awkward and it also builds a strong parent child bond.
Online Wednesdays: August 11th, September 8th, October 13th, November 10th, December 8th
Time: 11am
Regardless of how you feel or what you have heard you matter, and you were created with a purpose. Join this class to unpack the design for your life.

Time: 6pm
This class is about the lies we are told and how we naturally believe those lies. We will learn how to apply the truth, not allow opinion to weigh us down and not let perception hold us back.

Time: 7:30pm
This class is taught by a Certified National Child Passenger Safety Technician. CPS technicians keep up to date on the latest technical information about child passenger safety through seminars and other continuing education opportunities. This class will benefit those who have children of any age that want to ensure their child is kept safe, in case of an accident, by properly using child restraint systems and safety belts.

Find answers to all your breastfeeding questions in this class while learning how easy it can be to successfully breastfeed your new baby.

Men’s Online Class Schedule
The purpose of this class is to equip expectant fathers to successfully transition to manhood. The instruction will identify challenges faced by young men and guide them to become confident and strong leaders in their new role as fathers.

This class is designed to help first time fathers prepare and understand what to expect during pregnancy and when their baby arrives.

Once you’ve registered for a class and attended, we will keep track of the rewards you earned.
When you have earned enough rewards to redeem, you can call our center or chat with us online, and a member of our staff will let you know how to redeem them.
4 rewards = 1 pack of diapers voucher
14 rewards = 1 infant car seat voucher (limit 1 per child)
