  • Bring one adult guest to a class and earn double rewards. Guest information must be included during registration.

ENGLISH-SPEAKING CLASS – Intro to Childbirth Education is an evidence-based prenatal class designed to help you feel prepared and confident for birth. We’ll cover the stages of labor, comfort techniques, partner support, and practical birth prep you can actually use. Explore your options, and get your questions answered in a supportive environment.
