“I’m pregnant and there’s so much to figure out. Where do I even start?”  

If you find yourself asking this question during pregnancy or after bringing your baby home, you’re not the only one. All new and expecting moms need guidance, support, and practical resources during this season. Finding out you’re expecting or adjusting to life with a new baby can bring a lot of questions, decisions, and new responsibilities all at once. We’re here to help and would love the opportunity to support you during your pregnancy and into motherhood.  

You don’t have to figure it out on your own. 

Available Resources 

One of the ways we strive to support moms and families is through our Prestonwood Family Resource Center located in Richardson, Texas. 

This space includes a beautiful boutique with new and gently used clothing and essentials for babies and toddlers, as well as maternity clothing. Our rewards program allows parents to earn points by taking classes in person or online. They can then use those points to shop in the boutique. Walk-ins are welcome, or you can schedule an appointment by calling 972-428-4717 or emailing us at pfrc@prestonwood.org. 

Because we believe everyone should have free access to our services, our center operates on a donation basis meaning there is no charge and no insurance is collected.  

Other Free Services 

In addition to the resources available to you, we offer the following free services:  

  • Guidance: Our trained staff are committed to supporting you through all circumstances, whether you’re exploring your pregnancy options or navigating new life transitions. 
  • Pregnancy tests: Our center offers lab-grade urine pregnancy tests completely free of charge. 
  • Ultrasounds: We offer free and limited obstetrical ultrasounds to confirm dating and viability of pregnancy.  
  • Men’s program:  We offer free, confidential coaching for men with pregnant partners. Our male coaches provide a safe space to discuss challenges, questions, and concerns, helping them navigate this experience with confidence. 
  • Facts and Insight: Explore our blogs for helpful health tips, insightful resources, and information about our services. 

If you’re facing challenges or just need extra support as you step into parenthood, come see us. Our team is here to listen, walk alongside you, and connect you with the support and resources that can make day-to-day life feel more manageable.
