This class provides in-depth insight into the emotional challenges that many individuals face during and after childbirth, focusing on the differences between Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Postpartum Depression (PPD), and the Baby Blues. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of these conditions, their symptoms, the distinctions between them, and how to cope.
