Resource Information
The Prestonwood Family Resource Center is dedicated to supporting women and families through various ongoing services. Our rewards program allows mothers to earn points they can use to shop in our boutique, which offers new and gently used clothing and essentials for babies and toddlers.
If you are a current client, walk-ins are welcome, or you can schedule an appointment by calling 972-428-4717 or emailing us at pfrc@prestonwood.org. If you are a not a current client in need of resources, please scroll down and complete the form under our “Need Resources?” section.
Our center operates on a donation basis, and we believe everyone should have free access to our services.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Second Saturday of each month: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Need Resources?
If you are a new or expecting mom in need of baby or maternity items, we’d love to help! Please select one of the two options below that applies to you. After completing your form, a staff member will reach out to you within 2 business days. If you are not a current client, please wait for our team to contact you before visiting our center, as assistance is provided by appointment and we are unable to accept walk-ins.
Classes and Rewards
You can earn store credit to shop in our boutique by taking classes in-person or online. For every in-person class that you attend, you will earn $15 credit to spend in our boutique. For every online class, you will earn $5 credit to spend in our boutique.
You may have one guest attend classes with you to earn double rewards. We have classes in both English and Spanish. Class topics include pregnancy, parenting & lifeskills.
