Join us for a discussion about stimulating baby's speech development from birth through toddlerhood and beyond. This is a fun topic and very important for your baby's communication skills. Classes and Rewards
For every in-person class that you attend, you will earn $15 credit. For every online class, you will earn $5 credit.
If you want to earn double the rewards for a class, have another adult attend the class with you! You may only have one guest to earn double rewards and you must include their information in your registration. If you have already attended a specific class before, you will only receive rewards for the first time you attend. To redeem your rewards, call 972-428-4700 and schedule an appointment to shop at the Prestonwood Family Resource Center.
Please keep in mind that to respect your time, classes will start promptly at the time they are scheduled. Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes late) will not receive credit for attending.
This session will engage you in an examination of your own intentions and expectations regarding future relationships and how that ties into your parental responsibility.
Moms enjoy this low impact movement class that will leave you feeling energized and strong! This class will help you; realign and strengthen muscles for delivery, ease the stress and strain on joints, release back tension during and after pregnancy.

This three session class is great for anyone, whether you have children to prepare for or are just wanting to learn more. It will also cover benefits of prayer and how to incorporate biblical principles into your finances. (You can earn points for attending all three sessions of this class without it being considered duplicate attendance). In Person on November 8th.
Learn how to set healthy boundaries and how to improve your relationships. These three classes collectively will teach you practical skills on how to communicate effectively, deal with expectations, anger and forgiveness. In Person Tuesdays: October 11th, November 8th, December 13th

Stress happens to us all but how we respond to it makes the difference. Let’s walk through this class together and you will be provided tips to better handle life situations. Time: Friday November 11th 2pm
Stress is a state of mental or emotional strain which can be experienced by both adults and children. It can be manifested at any given time in an individual or family unit. Stress needs to be managed, and you can learn ways in this class to do just that. In Person Mondays: October 10th, November 14th, December 12th

This class is taught by a Certified National Child Passenger Safety Technician. CPS technicians keep up to date on the latest technical information about child passenger safety through seminars and other continuing education opportunities. This class will benefit those who have children of any age that want to ensure their child is kept safe, in case of an accident, by properly using child restraint systems and safety belts.
